Swimmers Dive Into the Aquatics Time Trials

Time trials offer an important opportunity for YISS swimmers to assess their current performance, establish benchmarks for improvement, and acclimate new swimmers to a competitive setting. The event also helps coaches ensure fair and accurate competition entries for the season ahead.
