21 YISS Middle Schoolers Perform at KIMEA Honor Band

On Tuesday, April 11, 21 YISS middle school band students participated in the KIMEA Middle School Honor Band at Korea International School Pangyo Campus. The KIMEA MS Honor Band event consisted of three bands; Blue Band, Red Band, and Gold Band, and a total of 192 students from 13 international schools throughout Korea. To attend the honor band, the students had to go through a thorough audition process to be selected to participate. Each band rehearsed all day and performed a concert in the late afternoon. The students did a wonderful job and everyone was so excited to play music together!
