YISS Honors 10 Athletes in All-Decade Team

Every 10 years, the Korean American Interscholastic Activities Conference (or KAIAC) celebrates another decade of excellence in sports, performing arts, and activities. The 2021-22 school year marked the 50th anniversary of this unique conference of schools. As a part of this celebration, each member school was able to select 5 male and 5 female athletes from the last 10 years to be named to the conference’s “All-Decade Team.”

Each member school receives a plaque on which they can display the names of these athletes, along with selections from previous decades. In addition, YISS has installed a wall display above the trophy cases in the athletics building to recognize these athletes for their contributions to Guardian Athletics.
