8th Grade Spends “A Night in New York City” at Gala

On the evening of Friday, May 19, The Class of 2027 celebrated the end of their middle school years with the 8th Grade Gala! The 8th graders spent “A Night in New York City” with their peers, parents, and teachers. The courtyard area was transformed to look like New York City streets under the stars!

The night started with students and parents taking pictures at photo booths followed by the presentation of student awards. After saying farewell to their parents, the students enjoyed a dinner together, accompanied by a jazz band performance of their peers.

After dinner, a student speaker addressed the class, and every student was given a superlative award. This is certainly an event that all middle schoolers eagerly look forward to each year! Staff and students alike were thrilled to celebrate the culmination of the hard work put in throughout middle school.
