YISS was delighted to welcome over 60 educators for a four-day WIDA Conference on our campus from October 15-18. The event enabled international teachers and administrators from Korea, China, Japan, Russia, Sweden, and the Philippines to learn about an asset-based approach to teaching ELLs using WIDA's English language development framework. What a privilege to support professional learning opportunities for not only our teachers, but also for other educators from around the world.
