Advanced Placement® (AP®)
In high school, our school’s college preparatory focus includes a robust Advanced Placement® (AP®) program, providing YISS students with an array of university-level academic courses that give them an advantage when applying to top colleges and universities around the world.
College & University
YISS students have a track record of success in admission to some of the world’s top universities. Our students are generally competitive with strong grades and high standardized test scores. Our college counselors assist with college applications, coordinate college visits, and provide extensive support to our students.

Spiritual & Character Education
Our diverse community endows YISS with the opportunity to offer both spiritual and character education. Spiritual and character education can be experienced in our classrooms, chapel services and assemblies, service learning opportunities, and more.
Service Learning
The Guardians Outreach Education & Service (GOES) program provides students with multiple opportunities to serve throughout Asia over Spring Break. The hope is that understanding and empathy grow naturally from face-to-face engagement with other cultures and peoples.
